San Maurizio alto
San Maurizio Alto is on the slope of a hill and is sorrounded by olive trees. It was built a few years ago and shows some peculiar featurs of Tuscan country stile, like ceilings with beams and bricks.
The house is composed by three 3-rooms apartments. Two of them are on the ground floor, one is on the first floor and they are pefect for families or groups of 4 to 6 guests.
Each flat is composed by a bif kitchen-living-room with kitchen area and a comfortable sofa bed for two persons, two double rooms (one with double bed, the other with two beds) and a bathroom with shower.
Whether you'd like enjoing the sun or resting in the shadow of comfortable verandas looking onto the landscape, each of these apartments will give you a very special extra.
San Maurizio Alto has a private swimming-pool (6 x 12 metres) with solarium, is sorrounded by flowers and trees and has a small playground for your children.
A nice barbecue is available in the garden. Guests can also use a common washing machine (with coins) and the private covered park. They can alsoplay table tennis.
