Tuscan Salami and salami of cinta senese

Bread and salami... in Italy it means "simplicity" and "genuineness".
Excellent to be cut into slices and to be served as a tasting appetiser....Tuscan Salami and Finocchiona (salami with fennel seeds) are among the most appreciated delights we produce.
Since some years, we also produce excellent salami of "Cinta Senese", a special and ancient kind of pig coming from the area around Siena.
In our farm you can find Tuscan Salami, Finocchiona, Spicy Salami.
In Autumn, we also offer some specialties like salami with mushrooms and salami with truffle.
We also prepare Capocollo (spicy pig's neck) and Arista (spicy pig's chine).
